Kirori Mal College is a co-educational constituent college of the University of Delhi. Established in 1954, this institution has acquired for itself a position of excellence in practically all spheres of collegiate life. Its academic standing has been effectively and ably supported by achievements in the fields of debates and drama, fine arts and music. The credit for this enviable status goes largely to my predecessors and the teaching faculty. My constant endeavour has been to learn lessons from their extra-ordinary vision and to make efforts in my own ways to take this institution to further achievements.

A good many amongst our students now occupy positions of prestige in varied walks of life-in academics, in services, civil and defence, in industry, in cinema and in other professions. Many of them cherish fond memories of the years they spent here. The College has formed an Alumni Association to keep their interest alive in the life of the College. When our students walk out of the portals of this institution, we hope they go out into the world as worthy human beings.
